DR. EMILY KADISH, PT, DPT

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!

My passion for women's pelvic health stems from my own difficult journey through pregnancy and postpartum. I know first hand what it's like to feel like the only one going through what you're going through because I've been there too. Not only do I understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges women face during this challenging time in life, I understand how to help women heal. I've spent many years diving deep into courses related to women's health and the pelvic floor. But, most importantly, I understand how the body works together and how we must address all aspects to truly heal. It is my mission to bring awareness to the issues women face and encourage women to become comfortable with the uncomfortable with all things pertaining to women's health.

I obtained both my Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Marshall University. I have continued my education through various courses from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association Women's Health section. I have obtained a certificate as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and I'm well versed in techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute. I love using breath work to optimize function and promote healing. I'm also a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance where I connect and learn with women in all disciplines of pelvic health.

I hope to meet you soon!
