Don't let pelvic floor symptoms keep you from doing what you love.

We get it—we’ve been there, too. Living with symptoms that keep you from fully participating in life is incredibly frustrating. Whether your goal is running without leaking, rediscovering your intimacy, navigating postpartum recovery, or returning to your favorite sport, we’re here to help you build the path to get there.

At EmpowerHer, we don’t believe in passive fixes. We believe in high-quality, one-on-one partnerships. We bring the clinical expertise and the roadmap; you bring the commitment to the process. Together, we’ll move beyond symptoms and help you reclaim your pelvic health and your confidence.

We take pride in being present for your entire visit.

When Dr. Kadish built empowerHer, she set out to create a practice that was centered on the human—not the billable hour. Our patients often tell us they finally feel 'seen' here, because we prioritize the time needed to truly understand their goals.

In many standard clinics, you might only get 30 minutes with a doctor of physical therapy before being passed to an aide or left alone to 'figure out' your exercises. That’s not how we do things at empowerHer. Here, you get a full hour with Dr. Kadish to troubleshoot, treat, and refine your plan.

We use that hour to do the high-level work that makes your healing faster and more efficient. Because our model is collaborative, that time is spent actively working on solutions, adjusting your movement, and building your plan. It’s an intensive, one-on-one partnership designed to get you the results you’re looking for—and get you back to your life sooner.

Dr. Emily Kadish, PT, DPT

Emily's passion for women's pelvic health stems from her own difficult journey through pregnancy and postpartum. She knows first hand what it's like to feel like the only one going through what you're going through because she's been there, too. Not only does she understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges women face during this challenging time in life because of her own experiences, she understands how to help women heal through her extensive education. She's spent many years diving deep into courses related to women's health and the pelvic floor. But, most importantly, she understands how the body works together and how we must address all aspects to truly heal. It is her mission to bring awareness to the issues women face and encourage women to become comfortable with the uncomfortable with all things pertaining to women's health.

Emily is originally from Ohio but with childhood dreams of living by a beach and being surrounded by palm trees, she made her way to Florida where she resides with her husband and two young kiddos, Knox and Remi. Outside of caring for patients, you'll find her carting kids to various sporting events or in her home gym focusing on her health through strength training.

She looks forward to meeting you soon!
